2. SHIPMENTS
How do we ship your order?
Each garment leaves our workshops in Spain, cared for and prepared as if it were for our own family.
When will your order arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours (in mainland Spain). If it's for a special occasion, let us know!
What if something goes wrong?
We provide personalized tracking for each shipment. If something doesn't arrive as expected, we'll resolve it with you promptly and responsibly.
3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Did you get the size wrong or is it not what you imagined?
You have 15 business days from receipt to return it. We'll cover the shipping and return costs.
How is change managed?
Return the item and place a new order with the desired size. Juliana will cover the shipping costs.
You can request a refund from your customer area or by writing to us.
