At Juliana, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have a period of time to easily exchange or return your item.

At Juliana, we want your shopping experience to be comfortable and unhurried.
Therefore, you have 15 business days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return .

Returns : Shipping costs are at our expense.

Changes : we assume the costs.

How can I request a refund?

Title

If you want to return an item, follow these simple steps:

Please check that the item is in perfect condition and that no more than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase.

Log in to your account on our website, go to Account → Orders , select the order and click the Request Return option.

If you prefer, please email us at hola@julianababy.com indicating the order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the new size or item you have chosen.

Store the garment in its original packaging, unused and with all tags attached.

We will give you instructions on how to send your package.

Once we receive and review the package, we will process the refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.

How can I request a change?

Title

To exchange a size, color, or other item, follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website, go to Account → Orders , select the order and select Request Change .

Write to us at hola@julianababy.com indicating the order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the new size or item you have chosen.

Make sure the garment is unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

We will arrange pickup at the address you provide.

Juliana will arrange for the new item to be shipped at no additional cost.

Do I have to pay anything for my exchange or return?

At Juliana, we offer you all the information in a transparent manner so there are no surprises:

Returns: Shipping costs for a return are at our expense.

Exchanges: We'll cover the cost of shipping the new product, so you can receive it free of charge.

Refund Methods

Title

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 10 business days.

The amount will be paid automatically and securely using the same payment method you used for your purchase (card, PayPal, etc.).

If the order was paid for by credit or debit card , the credit will be reflected on the same card.

For PayPal purchases, the refund will be processed directly to your PayPal account.

Remember: Original shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an order error.

Black Friday order returns

Title

You can return any item purchased during Black Friday as long as it meets the following requirements:

It must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags and packaging.

It must be returned within the established period (15 business days from the purchase).

Once we receive and inspect the garment, we will refund the exact amount you paid for the order, that is, the final price with the discount applied.

Size exchanges for the same product

Title

If you need to exchange the size of an item purchased during Black Friday, these conditions will apply:

The change is calculated using the price you originally paid as a reference, after applying the discount.

If the new size has a higher price, you will have to pay the difference between the current price of the new size and the amount you paid with the discount applied.

Discounts applied during the original period are not applicable again to exchanges.

Example:

If you paid €64 for an item with the 20% Black Friday discount and the new size costs €75 after the event, the difference to be paid will be:

75-64 = 11€

Exchanges for a different product

Title

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item:

The difference between what you paid and the price of the new product will be calculated.

If the new product is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, you will receive a refund.

Discounts applied during Black Friday are not transferable or reactivated in exchanges.

Changes requested outside the Black Friday period

Title

Black Friday is a limited-time, 3-day promotion. If you request a size or product exchange after the Black Friday period has ended, the exchange will be processed at the prices in effect at that time, not the discounted prices.

Therefore, if the product is no longer on promotion and its current price is higher, you will need to pay the difference between:

- The amount paid in your original order and the current price of the product.

Black Friday discounts are not valid or applicable again to changes made after the promotion.

Use of the 10% welcome discount during Black Friday

Remember: the 10% welcome discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
