When will my order arrive?
Delivery to mainland Spain normally takes 24–48 business hours. Portugal and zones A and C take 3–5 business days; zones D, E and F take 2–7 business days.
How can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. If you have a Juliana account, you can also view your orders in your customer area.
When is my order prepared?
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. on business days are prepared to leave that same day. Later orders are prepared on the next business day.
At what order value is shipping free?
From €60 for mainland Spain, Portugal and zone A; from €80 for zone C; and from €100 for zones D, E and F. Free shipping is not available for the Balearic Islands.
